The Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally before initiating arbitration.

Binding Arbitration
Any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber. The arbitration shall take place in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Restrictions
Disputes shall be resolved individually, with no class actions permitted.

Exceptions
Certain disputes, such as intellectual property rights and unauthorized use, are exempt from informal negotiations and arbitration.

12. CORRECTIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Services at any time without notice.
